The Full-Time Rider campaign is part of Lycan’s Zero Down + Commissions Program (ZDCP). By signing up or participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Commissions-Only. This is a purely commissions-based program. There is no salary, allowance, guarantee, or minimum payout. Commissions are earned only on qualified, completed customer purchases recorded under your referral code and paid per the Referral & Rewards T&Cs.

No Employment Relationship. Participation does not create an employer–employee relationship with Lycan or any Lycan affiliate. You are an independent referrer/partner, not a staff member, agent, or representative. You are not entitled to employee benefits (e.g., SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG, leaves, 13th month).

No Income Guarantee. Lycan does not guarantee leads, approvals, sales volume, or earnings. Results vary and depend on market factors and your own effort. Any income examples are illustrative only. Do not make financial decisions based on expected commissions.

Not a Franchise or Dealership. Enrollment does not grant you a franchise, sub-dealership, or right to operate a store. Separate written agreements are required for any such roles.

No Pay for Recruitment. Rewards are paid only for qualified product sales to end customers—not for recruiting other participants. This is not a multi-level compensation plan.

Your Costs & Taxes. You are responsible for your own expenses (e.g., data, transport, promos) and for complying with tax and business registration requirements (e.g., securing a TIN, receipts if applicable). Lycan may apply withholding per law on commissions.

Marketing Conduct. You must use approved brand assets and accurate claims only. Do not promise “guaranteed bank approval,” “free vehicles,” or unannounced promos. No spam, false, misleading, or deceptive advertising.

Bank & Financing. Lycan is not a lender. Credit decisions are made by partner banks. Do not represent yourself as a bank agent or provide financial advice.

Program Changes & Termination. Lycan may modify, suspend, or terminate the program (including rates, attribution rules, or eligibility) at any time. Accounts may be paused or terminated for non-compliance, fraud, or misuse. Validly earned commissions before termination remain subject to verification, claw-backs, and the cool-off period.

Territory & Availability. Access to certain models, promos, or payouts may vary by territory/dealer and program window.

Governing Terms. This disclaimer is read together with the Referral & Rewards Program T&Cs, Financing & Payment Terms, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Warranty, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. If there is any conflict, the detailed program T&Cs and your signed order/transaction documents prevail.
