What to Expect
In Your First Six Months...
No employer-employee relationship shall be formed within the first six months. You will be onboarded as an exclusive independent contractor to 'Earn Your Keep' at Lycan. After the first six months, you'll receive the full benefits of being a Lycan member partner.
Uncapped, Milestone-Based Earning
Tell us how much you want to earn per month and we'll lay out a plan for you to achieve that earning. We want everyone at Lycan to attain financial freedom because we believe that by helping you achieve it, you'll focus more on your passion and growth rather than surviving.

Whether you’re a veteran in your field or just starting out, we don’t negotiate salaries based on interviews or past titles. Instead, we invite you to set your own goal salary, and then prove your capability by progressing through a clear, milestone-based path.

How It Works

During the hiring process, we’ll ask for your desired monthly salary. No negotiation. Whatever number you give is your target — we take it seriously.
Start at Base Level
Everyone starts with a base starting compensation during their validation phase. See individual job post to see the starting base pay.
Progress Through Milestones
Each role has a custom milestone ladder, each tied to specific outcomes. As you complete milestones with good quality, your salary increases automatically until your desired salary is achieved; no need to wait for annual reviews or politics. There’s also no time pressure so you progress at your own pace.
Reach Your Goal
Once all milestones are completed, you reach your desired salary where you can unlock even more opportunities for leadership, bonuses, or advanced roles.
