Earn Your Keep (EYK) and On-Target Earnings (OTE) -- What's The Difference and How They Work Together

We use a system called Earn Your Keep (EYK) to help you grow your base salary by hitting important milestones. You start at a lower base that is defined during your final interview, and as you prove your value ("earn your keep") and hit specific goals, your salary increases step-by-step — all the way up to your target base.

OTE means On-Target Earnings — your total potential monthly income if you also earn commissions, bonuses, or performance incentives.

Here’s how it works:
EYK = Your salary growth path

OTE = What you can earn if you perform well

Note: If you're already at your max base pay after hitting the final milestone and earn more bonuses = You can go beyond your OTE based on your monthly performance.

About the Role

Lycan is looking for a Territory Success Manager to oversee and support a group of local dealerships in a specific region, ensuring they operate in alignment, perform at peak capacity, and continuously grow their impact on customers and communities.


Role Overview

As a Territory Success Manager, you are the regional anchor between Lycan HQ and a growing network of co-owned dealerships. You’ll provide hands-on support, operational guidance, and strategic alignment to multiple dealership managers and partners — ensuring consistency, performance, and collective growth across the region.


This role combines business coaching, partner management, and operational oversight, and is ideal for strong communicators with a bias for problem-solving, team-building, and execution.


Primary Objectives


Ensure Operational Alignment Across Dealerships: Make sure all stores are following standard processes, policies, and performance metrics.


Coach & Support Dealership Managers: Help dealership leaders solve challenges, meet KPIs, and level up their operations.


Drive Regional Sales Growth & Performance: Use real-time data and field insights to improve sales conversion, customer retention, and team efficiency.


Strengthen Dealer-HQ Coordination: Act as the voice of the region — reporting issues, needs, and opportunities back to HQ.


Key Tasks & How They're Done


Conduct Regular Dealership Visits & Audits: Travel across assigned provinces to review operations, coach staff, and conduct performance reviews.


Manage Regional Scorecards & KPIs: Monitor sales, service, and customer experience data; push for corrective action where needed.


Coordinate Logistics & Support Requests: Ensure dealerships get the supplies, inventory, marketing assets, or system access they need — without delay.


Facilitate Peer Learning & Culture Building: Host regular calls or events for dealership managers to share tactics, wins, and tools.


Troubleshoot Escalations & Issues: Step in when there's a critical customer issue, operational breakdown, or dealer conflict.


Earning & Growth Opportunities


Performance-Based Bonuses: Tied to regional dealership performance, target attainment, and satisfaction scores.


Promotion to Regional Operations Head or National Dealer Success Leader: Strong performers may oversee entire island groups or lead the dealership success strategy nationwide.


Involvement in New Program Pilots: TSMs may help test new marketing, servicing, or sales systems before national rollout.


Future Co-Ownership or Incentive Pool Access: Top Territory Managers may be invited to earn equity in high-performing hubs or join national profit-sharing programs.

As the link between HQ and the field, the Territory Success Manager plays a vital role in aligning strategy with real-world execution. High performers in this role will naturally grow into regional leadership, operations strategy, and dealership program development roles.

  1. Regional Operations Head: Oversee multiple territory clusters, standardize operations, manage rollout coordination, and lead cross-functional dealer support initiatives.

  2. National Dealer Success Leader: Own the full lifecycle of Lycan’s dealer performance strategy — from launch readiness to growth KPIs to long-term retention.

  3. Head of Network Performance & Expansion Enablement: Design and manage nationwide systems that drive performance, cohesion, and scale across all dealerships and territory teams.

  4. Chief Growth or Field Operations Officer (Strategic Leadership): Take the lead in shaping Lycan’s expansion culture, process frameworks, and partner-facing field strategy across the country.


EYK Milestone Track (PHP18,000 → PHP45,000 base + bonuses)


Each salary jump is tied to high-leverage milestones that reflect value delivery across multiple dealerships. The impact of a Territory Success Manager is measured in dealer performance improvements, cost efficiencies, and partner retention — all quantifiable outcomes.


Milestone 1 → PHP25,000/month

Successfully onboard and support at least 3 active dealerships in your assigned territory. Ensure each has completed a launch checklist and passed first-month KPIs.


Value Created: ₱2M+ in dealership revenues supported and stabilized, enabling long-term retention.


Milestone 2 → PHP30,000/month

Design and deploy a Territory Scorecard system that tracks key metrics (sales, satisfaction, service performance) and submit 2 complete monthly reports to HQ with action items.


Value Created: Improves field visibility, flags risks early, and enhances decision-making across your region.


Milestone 3 → PHP36,000/month

Help your dealerships increase average monthly sales by 20% over a 2-month period by implementing coaching, process improvements, or local activations.


Value Created: Direct impact on revenue acceleration and partner success.


Milestone 4 → PHP41,000/month

Launch and facilitate a monthly regional alignment session or support call with all dealership managers under your scope, sustaining 80%+ attendance and 90% satisfaction.


Value Created: Improves communication, problem-solving, and peer learning at scale.


Milestone 5 → PHP45,000/month

Achieve operational excellence across all assigned dealerships for 3 consecutive months:

  • 100% report submission rate

  • 90%+ customer satisfaction

  • 0 critical unresolved issues

Value Created: Proves territory-level stability and readiness to manage at regional scale.
