
Earn Your Keep (EYK) and On-Target Earnings (OTE) -- What's The Difference and How They Work Together
We use a system called Earn Your Keep (EYK) to help you grow your base salary by hitting important milestones. You start at a lower base that is defined during your final interview, and as you prove your value ("earn your keep") and hit specific goals, your salary increases step-by-step — all the way up to your target base.
OTE means On-Target Earnings — your total potential monthly income if you also earn commissions, bonuses, or performance incentives.

OTE = What you can earn if you perform well
Note: If you're already at your max base pay after hitting the final milestone and earn more bonuses = You can go beyond your OTE based on your monthly performance.

About the Role
Lycan is looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Rewards Processing Manager to ensure that every commission, royalty, bonus, and reward in our ecosystem is accurately tracked, fairly calculated, and disbursed on time — empowering our partners, co-producers, and customer advocates to trust and thrive in Lycan’s growth model.
Role Overview
As the Rewards Processing Manager, you are the financial backbone of Lycan’s referral, royalty, and incentive ecosystems. You’ll oversee the systems that track rewardable actions across customers, co-producers, and dealers — and ensure everyone gets what they’ve earned, without delays or errors.
This role requires both operational precision and a deep sense of accountability, as it directly impacts trust and retention across all of Lycan’s stakeholder groups.
Primary Objectives
Ensure Accurate Reward Calculations: Track, compute, and verify all commission, bonus, and royalty entitlements across programs with precision.
Timely Reward Disbursements: Process payouts on schedule, ensuring consistent and reliable reward cycles for all stakeholders.
Maintain System Integrity: Work closely with Finance, Tech, and Community teams to ensure reward systems, databases, and logs are complete, correct, and protected.
Support Stakeholder Trust: Respond to reward-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy; resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
Key Tasks & How They're Done
Track Rewards Across Programs: Monitor and manage all active reward logs (commissions, royalties, bonuses) via spreadsheets, dashboards, and platform exports.
Calculate & Verify Payouts: Perform batch calculations or automate via spreadsheets/formulas; run QA processes to ensure zero errors.
Coordinate with Finance for Disbursement: Prepare payout summaries and disbursement requests with supporting documentation; reconcile with finance team monthly.
Maintain Reward Ledger & Audit Trail: Keep clear, timestamped records of all reward movements — who earned what, when, and why.
Resolve Reward Inquiries & Escalations: Act as the point of contact for any reward discrepancies or requests; respond within SLA.
Improve Systems & Processes: Propose or build automation tools, trackers, or reports that streamline reward calculations and transparency.

Each salary tier is unlocked through measurable milestones tied to accuracy, timeliness, and scale of reward processing — with clear, value-driven ROI by ensuring smooth execution of Lycan’s reward engine.
Milestone 1 → PHP25,000/month
Successfully process and disburse first 20 full reward cycles (commissions, bonuses, royalties) with 100% documentation, ≤2 business days turnaround, and 0% error rate.
Milestone 2 → PHP30,000/month
Build a centralized reward tracking system (Google Sheets, Notion, or dashboard) with audit trails, logs, and real-time status across all programs.
Milestone 3 → PHP36,000/month
Successfully process 3 consecutive monthly payout cycles with zero SLA breaches, full partner satisfaction, and rollout of improved communication system (e.g., payout confirmation logs or emails).
Milestone 4 → PHP41,000/month
Automate at least one major repetitive task (e.g., monthly calculation formulas, CSV reward conversion, or partner ledger exports).
Milestone 5 → PHP45,000/month
Design and deploy a monthly rewards performance dashboard used by executives to track disbursements, earned values, and payout trends across all regions.
Value Created: Strategic decision-making, forecasting, and transparency at the leadership level.

Monthly milestone reviews are conducted with the Finance and Business Ops leads.
Early completion of milestones may result in fast-tracked advancement or bonus payouts.
