
Earn Your Keep (EYK) and On-Target Earnings (OTE) -- What's The Difference and How They Work Together
We use a system called Earn Your Keep (EYK) to help you grow your base salary by hitting important milestones. You start at a lower base that is defined during your final interview, and as you prove your value ("earn your keep") and hit specific goals, your salary increases step-by-step — all the way up to your target base.
OTE means On-Target Earnings — your total potential monthly income if you also earn commissions, bonuses, or performance incentives.
Here’s how it works:
EYK = Your salary growth path
OTE = What you can earn if you perform well
Note: If you're already at your max base pay after hitting the final milestone and earn more bonuses = You can go beyond your OTE based on your monthly performance.

About the Role
Lycan is looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial Mobility Hub Dealership Manager to lead a local Lycan dealership, champion our mission in your community, and ensure your hub becomes the go-to destination for electric mobility solutions.
Role Overview
As a Mobility Hub Dealership Manager, you are the face of Lycan in your locality — a local leader, a business operator, and a customer-first ambassador. You’ll oversee daily operations, build strong community relationships, coach your sales and service team, and drive the performance of your dealership. Your success directly contributes to Lycan’s mission to make smarter, cleaner transportation accessible and trusted in every corner of the country.
Primary Objectives
Drive Sales & Revenue: Champion Lycan products and services, convert walk-ins into riders, and exceed sales targets.
Deliver World-Class Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor, customer, and co-rider receives clear support, transparent guidance, and exceptional service.
Lead and Support Your Team: Coach, train, and guide your dealership staff for peak performance in sales, servicing, and customer success.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure the dealership runs smoothly with organized inventory, compliant paperwork, proper processes, and a reliable service experience.
Promote Local Community Impact: Represent Lycan in your city or province, hosting outreach programs, rides, and campaigns that build trust and shift public perception.
Key Tasks
Sales & Conversion: Monitor daily leads and walk-ins, deliver compelling product demos, and close vehicle sales in collaboration with your sales team.
Team Supervision & Coaching: Manage day-to-day schedules, train new hires, and guide team members to hit performance KPIs.
Inventory, Fulfillment & After-Sales: Ensure demo units, spare parts, and accessories are tracked, organized, and available for customers as needed.
Customer Support & Retention: Act as the escalation point for issues and feedback; proactively turn challenges into loyalty-building experiences.
Dealership Reporting & Coordination: Submit weekly reports, track financial performance, and communicate regularly with HQ for ongoing alignment.

EYK Milestone-Based Compensation Track
Starting Salary: PHP18,000/month
Target Salary: PHP60,000/month
EYK Milestone Track
Milestone 1: Prove Operational Discipline
Launch and operate your dealership with complete compliance: setup checklist done, demo units active, inventory tracked, first 5 vehicle sales completed, all reports submitted on time for 30 days.
New Salary: PHP25,000
Milestone 2: Deliver First Revenue Milestone
Reach PHP1,000,000 in cumulative dealership sales (vehicle, services, accessories) with minimum 90% customer satisfaction score (from surveys).
New Salary: PHP30,000
Milestone 3: Build a High-Performing Team
Train and retain a dealership team (min. 3 people) who independently hit their KPIs for 2 consecutive months. Conduct at least 2 community test ride events and hit event quotas.
New Salary: PHP40,000
Milestone 4: Achieve Hub Profitability + Retention
Hit PHP3M+ in total revenue within a month, maintain positive net income for 1 full month, and close 10+ repeat customer interactions (service, upgrades, or referrals).
New Salary: PHP50,000
Milestone 5: Become a Flagship Leader
Sustain PHP5M+ revenue milestone, build a waiting list of new buyers or partner interest, mentor a new dealership manager for a second hub, and maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction.
New Salary: PHP60,000
