
Earn Your Keep (EYK) and On-Target Earnings (OTE) -- What's The Difference and How They Work Together
We use a system called Earn Your Keep (EYK) to help you grow your base salary by hitting important milestones. You start at a lower base that is defined during your final interview, and as you prove your value ("earn your keep") and hit specific goals, your salary increases step-by-step — all the way up to your target base.
OTE means On-Target Earnings — your total potential monthly income if you also earn commissions, bonuses, or performance incentives.
Here’s how it works:
EYK = Your salary growth path
OTE = What you can earn if you perform well
Note: If you're already at your max base pay after hitting the final milestone and earn more bonuses = You can go beyond your OTE based on your monthly performance.

Lycan is looking for a Dealership Expansion Manager to drive our retail network growth across the country. If you thrive in high-stakes, people-centric environments and have a proven ability to turn opportunities into operational success, this role is your launchpad.
Role Overview
As a Dealership Expansion Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Lycan’s nationwide expansion by converting qualified leads into committed dealership partners. You’ll orchestrate the journey from interest to activation — ensuring that every new hub is launched with clarity, speed, and long-term success in mind. This role directly impacts Lycan’s mission to make electric mobility more accessible, while empowering local entrepreneurs to lead the charge in their communities.
Primary Objectives
Convert Leads into Active Dealerships: Close deals with qualified prospects by guiding them through the investment decision and commitment process.
Ensure Seamless Onboarding & Launch: Lead the operational rollout of each new dealership, ensuring all compliance, training, and logistics are executed with precision.
Drive Regional Expansion Milestones: Systematically penetrate high-priority provinces and cities in line with Lycan’s growth roadmap.
Key Tasks & How They're Done
Lead Conversion & Sales Coordination: Follow up with dealership leads passed from Regional BDRs. Conduct presentations, clarify the investment model, handle objections, and close agreements.
How: Use sales pipelines, CRM tools, investor decks, and customized ROI simulations.
Partner Onboarding & Kickoff Execution: Walk new partners through their onboarding checklist — from legal agreements and payments to facility setup and staff recruitment.
How: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, ops, training) to ensure timelines are met.
Territory Management & Rollout Forecasting: Map out which territories are ready for expansion and plan the activation sequence based on lead readiness, market opportunity, and regional goals.
How: Use expansion dashboards, regional data, and internal approval workflows.
Sales Funnel Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the dealership pipeline and propose strategies to improve conversion rates.
How: Work closely with BDRs, track deal movement, and iterate on expansion playbooks.
Launch Support & Post-Go-Live Oversight: Ensure new dealerships successfully launch and meet first 60-day KPIs (sales, operations, customer service).
How: Act as a point of contact, coordinate dealership manager handoff, and provide transition support.
Earning & Growth Opportunities Beyond Salary

✓ Promotion to Regional Expansion Head or National Retail Development Leader: High performers may be tapped to lead broader territory expansion or train future expansion teams.

Career Path Plan: Dealership Expansion Manager
This role is a critical launchpad for driving Lycan’s retail scale-up — but it’s only the beginning of your leadership track. High performers can unlock broader influence, larger portfolios, and greater autonomy. Here’s where this role can lead:
1. Regional Retail Development Head
Own and lead expansion strategies across multiple provinces or entire island groups (e.g., Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao). Oversee expansion managers, regional BDRs, and support rollout of high-impact dealership hubs.
Scope: Multi-region oversight, strategic territory development, cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
2. National Head of Dealership Growth
Direct Lycan’s entire dealership expansion roadmap, manage strategic partnerships, and optimize our national sales funnel from lead gen to launch.
Scope: Full national coverage, quarterly rollout targets, executive reporting, and high-level process optimization.
3. VP of Network Development or New Market Ventures
Work alongside the CEO to develop new growth models for retail, hub innovation, and hybrid mobility franchises.
Scope: New business models, overseas expansion, strategic investment pitches, or international partner development.
EYK Milestone Track (PHP18,000 → PHP75,000)
Each milestone unlocks higher pay — but only if it drives clear, 15x+ value to Lycan via dealership conversions and market rollout impact.
Starting Compensation: PHP18,000/month
Entry-level onboarding, limited access to dealership leads, shadowing senior teammates.
Milestone 1 – PHP25,000/month
Successfully convert and activate at least 1 dealership valued at ≥ PHP2,500,000.
Proof of Completion:
Signed contract, payment cleared
Dealership facility in setup phase
Partner passed onboarding checklist
Milestone 2 – PHP35,000/month
Activate 2 additional dealerships totaling ≥ PHP5M in investment.
Proof of Completion:
Dealerships fully operational
All launch deliverables completed
30-day success metrics achieved
Milestone 3 – PHP45,000/month
Build and manage a 3-province territory pipeline with at least 5 dealership prospects, and convert 1 more.
Proof of Completion:
CRM with updated active pipeline
Territory maps and scoring
One new dealership converted from new pipeline
Milestone 4 – PHP60,000/month
Activate 2 additional dealerships and standardize your own playbook for faster onboarding + conversion.

Milestone 5 – PHP75,000/month
Mentor a junior expansion manager or BDR and co-lead a regional rollout initiative (e.g., 1 island, 3+ dealership launches in 1 quarter).
