
Earn Your Keep (EYK) and On-Target Earnings (OTE) -- What's The Difference and How They Work Together
We use a system called Earn Your Keep (EYK) to help you grow your base salary by hitting important milestones. You start at a lower base that is defined during your final interview, and as you prove your value ("earn your keep") and hit specific goals, your salary increases step-by-step — all the way up to your target base.
OTE means On-Target Earnings — your total potential monthly income if you also earn commissions, bonuses, or performance incentives.
Here’s how it works:
EYK = Your salary growth path
OTE = What you can earn if you perform well
Note: If you're already at your max base pay after hitting the final milestone and earn more bonuses = You can go beyond your OTE based on your monthly performance.

About the Role
Lycan is looking for a Community Digital Marketing Enablement Lead to empower our growing base of advocate-customers — equipping them with the tools, training, and mentorship to earn real income and referral commissions through Lycan’s referral and rewards platform.
Role Overview
This role is at the intersection of customer empowerment, digital marketing, and community building. You’ll work directly with Lycan riders, supporters, and micro-influencers to transform them into confident digital marketers who know how to grow their commissions, leverage their networks, and build long-term income streams through ethical and creative promotion.
You won’t just teach people how to sell, you’ll help them tell stories, build audiences, and unlock opportunity.
Primary Objectives
Enable Customer-Led Digital Sales Growth
Empower customers to market Lycan’s products and offers through personalized mentorship and campaign support.
Deliver Scalable Training Programs
Build easy-to-follow toolkits, live trainings, and digital content that teach users how to grow their commissions step-by-step.
Build and Support the Advocate Community
Create an online ecosystem where users feel supported, recognized, and inspired to succeed together.
Boost Referral Conversions & Platform Utilization
Drive measurable increases in successful referrals, repeat promoters, and platform engagement.
Key Tasks and How They're Done
Host Weekly Coaching Sessions & Webinars: Teach customers how to use social media, promo codes, and storytelling to build their audience and generate referrals.
Create Digital Toolkits & Resources: Design easy-to-use templates, guides, and short videos that walk users through digital selling best practices.
Run Leaderboards & Reward Campaigns: Motivate the community with challenges, gamified incentives, and monthly rankings of top advocates.
Track Performance & Behavior: Analyze data on referral activity, platform engagement, and content sharing to improve support programs.
Spot & Elevate Star Advocates: Identify high-potential digital ambassadors, provide extra coaching, and prepare them to become local Lycan role models.

Career Path Plan: Community Digital Marketing Enablement
This role is a foundational part of Lycan’s customer-led growth engine. Top performers have the opportunity to scale their influence beyond training — into national programs, product strategy, and community monetization.
Growth Pathways After This Role:
Digital Programs Lead: Own and scale national referral enablement strategies, manage digital campaigns, and oversee content production for customer-facing sales enablement.
Community Growth Manager: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer advocates — from recruitment to training to performance management — and build long-term brand loyalty networks.
Customer Monetization Strategist: Develop new models for customer rewards, gamification, and user-driven revenue streams across Lycan’s ecosystem.
Head of Loyalty & Referral Platforms: Lead cross-functional design and strategy of all customer rewards, platform tools, and revenue-sharing mechanisms for nationwide and global expansion.
EYK Milestone Track (PHP18,000 → PHP50,000/month base + Commissions)
Each milestone is designed to unlock the next tier of compensation based on real-world customer impact, platform engagement, and enablement scale. The expected value created per jump aligns with at least 15× the next tier in referral-driven income or increased commission productivity across your user base.
Milestone 1 – PHP25,000/month
Enable 25 active users to complete onboarding and start using Lycan’s referral tools.
At least 10 users must generate at least one successful referral.
Milestone 2 – PHP32,000/month
Launch a 7-day structured onboarding email or messaging sequence that becomes the default playbook for new referral users.
Achieve a 25% referral conversion rate from this cohort.
Milestone 3 – PHP40,000/month
Host at least 4 live or video trainings with an average participant satisfaction rating of 90%+ and support at least ₱1M in monthly referral revenue from your trained cohort.
Milestone 4 – PHP45,000/month
Create and manage a community leaderboard or gamified rewards challenge that increases platform engagement by 40% and boosts average referral income per user.
Milestone 5 – PHP50,000/month
Build a national referral enablement campaign framework used by at least 3 regional managers or applied in 100+ dealerships. Include content templates, tracking, and engagement tools.
Notes:
Commissions earned from your own referral activities or pilot campaigns are added on top of base salary.
Bonuses may be offered for exceptional growth (e.g., ₱5M+ in referred revenue in a quarter).
Progress reviews are conducted monthly with clear deliverable validation.
