
Earn Your Keep (EYK) and On-Target Earnings (OTE) -- What's The Difference and How They Work Together
We use a system called Earn Your Keep (EYK) to help you grow your base salary by hitting important milestones. You start at a lower base that is defined during your final interview, and as you prove your value ("earn your keep") and hit specific goals, your salary increases step-by-step — all the way up to your target base.
OTE means On-Target Earnings — your total potential monthly income if you also earn commissions, bonuses, or performance incentives.

OTE = What you can earn if you perform well
Note: If you're already at your max base pay after hitting the final milestone and earn more bonuses = You can go beyond your OTE based on your monthly performance.

About the Role
Lycan is looking for a Regional Business Development Representative (RBDR) to lead the expansion of our electric motorcycle dealerships across Metro Manila and/or Batangas, helping everyday entrepreneurs become champions of electric mobility in their local communities.
Role Overview
As a Regional Business Development Representative for NCR or Batangas, your mission is to bring Lycan’s electric motorcycles and retail presence closer to the people by identifying high-potential areas, onboarding dealership co-owners, and opening new retail points that drive access, visibility, and local economic growth. This role is a frontline catalyst in Lycan’s mission to electrify transportation and empower grassroots entrepreneurs, especially in one of the country’s most important metropolitan regions.
You will work closely with Lycan’s national business development team and other regional counterparts, acting as a trusted market scout, negotiator, and community builder. You won’t just sell — you’ll enable the next generation of Lycan dealership partners.
Primary Objectives
Expand Lycan’s Dealership Network in NCR: Identify high-potential areas and communities that would benefit from Lycan’s presence and lead the charge in opening new dealerships.
Onboard and Close New Dealership Co-Owners: Connect with entrepreneurial prospects, present Lycan’s dealership program, and guide them through the onboarding and approval process.
Champion the Brand at the Grassroots Level: Become the face of Lycan in the region, building relationships, organizing local events, and collaborating with communities to drive trust and growth.
Key Tasks
Market Scouting & Research
How it’s done: Conduct site visits, observe mobility patterns, and assess demand potential to shortlist ideal dealership locations across NCR.
Lead Generation & Networking
How it’s done: Engage with local entrepreneurs, community leaders, and business groups through in-person outreach, events, and online channels to source dealership leads.
Pitching & Closing Deals
How it’s done: Present Lycan’s dealership program to qualified prospects, walk them through benefits and financials, and help close partnership agreements.
Partner Support & Coordination
How it’s done: Collaborate with Lycan HQ and internal teams to assist new partners in setup, compliance, and opening day execution.
Regional Intelligence Reporting
How it’s done: Compile local insights, competitor data, and feedback from prospects to inform national strategy and product-market fit.

EARN YOUR KEEP (EYK) Milestone Track
Milestone 1: Close Your First 1–2 Dealership Co-Owners
Salary Bump: PHP18,000 → PHP25,000
How to Achieve It:
Generate 15+ qualified leads through grassroots and digital outreach.
Successfully onboard and close 1–2 dealership co-owners.
Coordinate with HQ to prepare initial site evaluation and onboarding.
Milestone 2: Close 2 More Dealership Co-Owners in Distinct Locations
Salary Bump: PHP25,000 → PHP30,000
How to Achieve It:
Demonstrate ability to scout diverse locations.
Close new deals in locations outside the first cluster.
Ensure readiness of both partner and site for pre-opening.
Milestone 3: Activate 1 Full Dealership Package (₱2.5M+ Revenue)
Salary Bump: PHP30,000 → PHP36,000
How to Achieve It:
Guide dealership partners through the full sales funnel from intent to commitment.
Coordinate closely with Lycan’s operations and finance for deployment.
Deliver complete onboarding and setup support.
Milestone 4: Consistently Open 1 Dealership / Month for 2 Straight Months
Salary Bump: PHP36,000 → PHP42,000
How to Achieve It:
Sustain strong pipeline with high close rate.
Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and ability to operate with minimal oversight.
